Any Kenyan who is living abroad or has lived abroad knows that these tax regimes can be very complex. There is income that you can earn abroad, and you do not have to pay tax; and there is income in respect to which you are obligated to. When the KRA determined that this nominee needed to pay tax, he proceeded to comply. How can that be an integrity issue?
