Out of our budget of Kshs172 million I had said that we will rationalize especially in places where we have allocated money and they do not have the grounds for us to move. We are also collaborating with those local authorities which have some fields. So, I would urge my colleague that they come and see me, if they already have those kinds of fields, so that we can see how to rationalise the whole thing. view
