Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I stated earlier on, when this contract was being drawn up, I had put in place an interim board to manage Harambee Stars because at that time, we had a lot of wrangles in the Federation. In fact, we almost had two bodies claiming to be the official federations. So, to protect the national team at that time, I made a decision to put in place the Harambee Stars Management Board which was being headed by Evans Kidero. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, indeed, I am not aware of what the hon. Member is saying or alleging here in this House. But just to inform him, I want to say that Kenya has won so many marathon events. In fact, out of 100 events, Kenya has won more than 90 marathons that have been run. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, indeed, many times, you have heard sports federations saying that they are independent and any time the Government wants to rein them in, they say that we are interfering. So, they really try to protect their independence. So, sports are actually run on that principle. As a Government, we provide the framework and the support to nurture talent and to grow those sportsmen and women. That is why we have started talent academies to support those people.
