• 2 May 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is, indeed, a very important Question and the Minister should have been here to tell Kenyans exactly what is happening in his Ministry. I feel that this Question should not be dropped and the Minister should be sanctioned. In any case, it is an offence for the Minister not come and answer a Question in Parliament. view
