  • 27 Oct 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, although I appreciate the answer given by the Assistant Minister, you realize that the Kenya Shilling has deteriorated following the rise in value of the dollar. The prices of books and learning materials have skyrocketed in the past few weeks. Does the Government have plans to decentralize the activities of those two organizations at the grassroots in order to arrest the high cost of those materials? view
