May I inform the Assistant Minister that Nyatike Constituency is within Nyatike District and not Migori District. There has never been any diabetes clinic in that constituency. The community outreach that is supposed to be established has not been established in Nyatike District. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that he will establish the same for the people of Nyatike Constituency so that they can also benefit from it? view
