They have very clear functions outlined in various pieces of legislation and the Constitution. • 1 Sep 2016 in National Assembly: rather than implement programmes that will have long-term and meaningful effect in the alleviation of poverty in this country. For those reasons, I beg to support this Bill. But it should be improved at the Committee of the whole House stage. This is part of leadership and integrity principles. It should be strengthened and not weakened. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. view

Can we possibly reinforce that resolution of the House that was made yesterday? view
