rather than implement programmes that will have long-term and meaningful effect in the alleviation of poverty in this country. For those reasons, I beg to support this Bill. But it should be improved at the Committee of the whole House stage. This is part of leadership and integrity principles. It should be strengthened and not weakened. Thank you, Hon. Speaker.

Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am rising on a point of order in relation to what was decided by the House yesterday about this Motion; that we were to give each Member a maximum of five minutes so that we can allow many of them to contribute. Can we possibly reinforce that resolution of the House that was made yesterday?
