This, just as my colleague Abdikadir has said is because of the critical role sought to be played by the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission in driving the agendas of this Constitution and of the Government to the next level. view

However, the basic message is this: I was trying to urge this House to bear in mind that the EACC is a key pillar in the new structure. If we miss it, then the whole delivery in terms of the new dispensation and the new Constitution will not succeed. Let us also give the incoming executive president the legal framework and policy to deliver.
