• 4 Nov 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, projects that have not been given enough money especially under poverty eradication might not have much impact especially when only Kshs1.7 million was put in. However, because Turkana County falls under the MDGs and one of the goals will cover that particular field, I hope that there will be enough funds to ensure the output is visible and proves useful to the people of Turkana County. view
