• 28 Jul 2016 in Senate: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was a Member of the Committee that looked into this issue. It was Chaired by Sen. (Prof.) Anyang’-Nyong’o. The question by Sen. Wangari was clear. The answer given by the Vice-Chair is doubtful. That is not the answer we expected. Sen. Wangari sought to know the status of the implementation of the Senate resolution but the Sen. Kanainza, in her answer said that the KQ changed the chair of the board and also replaced the finance director. She also read other resolutions.
