That particular question should be answered by the Chairperson of Lands because sewerage or huge water projects are implemented through the water service boards, which falls under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. That could be the reason the CS of Ministry Roads and Transport felt that the query should be addressed by the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. view
