Ndindi Nyoro to say that I have brought a careless answer, and was careless on my part as you sit there, Hon. Speaker. As you have said time and again, these responses come from the Executive. My work is only to read. Unless, he is saying that I read it carelessly, which I do not think I did because I read each sentence properly. Again, he is further reneging on what he said claiming that he did not. If we get the Hansard and it will prove that he cast aspersions on my person, then we should punish him according to the Standing Orders. view
