Kagwe, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the word “notice, the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, Clauses 39, 48, 50, 51 and 54 are amended for the same reason. I think Sen. Orengo has a point here because it is just the same conformity to the previous clauses that those amendments are done. view
