Order, Minister! On that particular issue on the point of order, the overall investment climate makes Kenya to be ranked 109th; this shows we have a major problem. This is a comprehensive problem which I think your Ministry, the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 should be able to co-ordinate to make sure we are not ranked so poorly. Could you address that issue?
