What I am saying, and I want to repeat it here, it is normally the practice and procedure of this House that if you have an amendment, you normally approach the Chair, but this is coming at this time. So, I am asking whether this is procedural. That is the issue here. It would be proper for you to approach the Chair, we approve it and then you can move it. That is normally the procedure and you know that. view
