Odhiambo is asking is whether there is any procedure of ensuring that the Ministry can detect some of the particular malpractices taking place. Rather than the Ministry just following up the issue when a Question is brought here, is there a procedure out there to make sure that there is a department dealing with these particular malpractices and make sure that we are keeping credibility and quality of our education system in this country? view
