Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise, first of all, to support this particular Bill. We are debating an Act of Parliament which is going to deal with the proceeds of crime and money laundering. We are strengthening the Act which is already there. The Act was enacted in 2009. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, money laundering is a crime that must be punished because it destroys the economy. On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I do not wish to take you back, but it was the understanding of the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade that there will be some amendments. The Committee must consult with the Treasury, so that it can bring the amendments. So, I am pleading with the Chair to allow the Committee to bring the amendments, so that we can make this particular Bill conclusive.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this country is a member of the World Health Assembly. As such, it is encouraging that our country will control the marketing of milk substitutes.
