Order, hon. Members! Give me time. I am dealing with the challenge from hon. Shakeel. I am doing this for him. Listen to what Standing Order 116(3) says. Standing Order No.116(3) states:- “No amendment shall be moved which is inconsistent with any part of the Bill already agreed or any decision already made by the Committee. The chairperson may at any time during the debate of a proposed amendment withdraw it from the consideration of the Committee if, in the opinion of the chairperson, the debate has shown that the amendment contravenes this paragraph.” That is what I am doing. ...
