Racheal, a trained teacher surprised many when she defied the Wiper Democratic Party wave in her region to easily win the Kitui South parliamentary seat. Charity Ngilu has been her inspiration since she was in school. In her term of service she would like to push for improved standard of education, adequate water, food security and equitable distribution of CDF in Kitui South.

I would like, for the purpose of record, to inform the House that the Parliamentary Committee on Health has been working on a similar Bill. We have engaged hon. Jared Opiyo and as the Bill is being referred to the Committee on Health, I would like him to kindly support the Bill that the Committee has been working on.

I thought all of us have equal opportunity. She has really tried her best. Hon. Speaker, you are like a principal of a secondary school with 349 students. Therefore, I would like hon.
