Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 61 be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause — “(1) There shall be established by the Cabinet Secretary, a National Health Research Committee which shall be a technical committee”. (b) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefor the following new marginal note— “Establishment of the National Health Research Committee”.
