Dr Rachael Kaki Nyamai

Racheal, a trained teacher surprised many when she defied the Wiper Democratic Party wave in her region to easily win the Kitui South parliamentary seat. Charity Ngilu has been her inspiration since she was in school. In her term of service she would like to push for improved standard of education, adequate water, food security and equitable distribution of CDF in Kitui South.

  • 17 Mar 2016 in National Assembly: Further down, the sub clause is to be amended by inserting the words “and upon death, the person’s body remains unclaimed under any other law” immediately after the words “whilst alive.” The purpose of this amendment is to provide a solution if this clause clashes with the existing legislation regulating succession and to prevent burial disputes or related disputes, which are well regulated within the existing law. The purpose is to ensure that we do not have contradictions with the existing law, and also to recognise marriage and multiple spouses. view
