Dr Rachael Kaki Nyamai

Racheal, a trained teacher surprised many when she defied the Wiper Democratic Party wave in her region to easily win the Kitui South parliamentary seat. Charity Ngilu has been her inspiration since she was in school. In her term of service she would like to push for improved standard of education, adequate water, food security and equitable distribution of CDF in Kitui South.

Regarding part (a), the purpose is to ensure that there is no conflict with provisions in Clause 32(2) and for part (b) we are correcting a syntax error where we are making an insertion and a deletion. view
