I am sorry for that, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. When the Member of Parliament will be bringing either five or seven members, if we are given an opportunity as County Women Representatives, kindly add us one disabled person in the constituency in the two members that we appoint. It is a request that we are making so that we can work together and strengthen each Member of Parliament. So, I rise to support hon. Jakoyo’s amendment.

We believe that women are very good managers. We could be busy doing other businesses that can change the economy of this country other than wasting time looking for water. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government should build these dams so that we can get electric power. If this is done, we will not rely on Masinga Dam and other ...

Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to support the amendment of this Bill. It has actually come at the right time now that we are moving all over the country encouraging the youth, women and the society to form groups, have their certificates and open bank accounts. They will be more than happy to know that even as they open these bank accounts, the money they will get once it is deposited will be in good hands. The country wants to promote entrepreneurship culture. You will agree with me that any entrepreneur wants to know where ...
