• 24 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: When I brought this Notice of Motion, it was at the height of the crisis when it seemed that county governments were not ready for the devolution of health services. But as I speak, I believe that this issue has been streamlined and many of the health facilities in county governments are now operating. So, I would like to withdraw this Notice of Motion. view

It is very unfortunate because most of the time Members come to the House on Wednesday morning, some very dedicatedly as you will attest because you also sit on that Chair. They are so dedicated and they come to participate in the consideration of these Bills or Motions that we have in front of us. It is very unfortunate that when the House wants to do its work, it is curtailed by a few Members who may have not taken their work seriously. ... view
