  • 23 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, Sir, I would like to present a Petition on behalf of the victims of the 7th August, 1998 bomb blast in Nairobi, Kenya. I had prepared this Petition, just for the information of the House, way before the Westgate attack. It was to come during the week when we were dealing with the Westgate attack. • 22 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: I want to read that Standing Order together with Standing Order No.180(c) that talks about the Chair of a Committee being the spokesperson. I am raising this issue because we have seen in the media many Members either as Members of Committees--- I want to say that I fell prey to this over the weekend at Elgeyo/Marakwet where the issue of Gladys Boss Shollei was thoroughly discussed in a rally. I fell prey to the mistake which I am quoting. view
