I would like to start by saying that people living with disabilities have been marginalised for a very long time. Continuous denial of access to information, buildings and public places is continuous marginalisation. This should come to an end. We should ensure that public and private buildings are accessible by people living with disabilities. The people living with disabilities form about 15 per cent of the total population of this country, which translates to about 6 million people. That is not a small number. I ... view
