We go to the ground using the Government system and we can identify those who deserve to be in the system in terms of age, disability and very poor vulnerable families. We put them on the list, they go through the criteria and they are onboarded. We are working on streamlining the system to ensure that the money is not distributed so that it can go to other well-deserving Kenyans. We will also need your help. If you identify somebody has passed away and that family tells you or you know that the caregiver is still receiving that money, inform us so that we can work together as one country supporting each other as members of Government. Determination of employment contracts of employees on account of redundancy of the Pan Africa Paper Mills Company happened on 6th April, 2009, during the time the company was under receivership. In 2016, the ownership of the company changed when it was acquired by the Rai Group. On the second question on why there was delay on payments. The reason is as follows. The State Department for Industry, which was directed to pay, made a request for funds to the National Treasury in May, 2021 and October, 2023.
