Madam Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move that part (c) be withdrawn. Just to make sure, what it means is that if somebody makes a report and says that a county is misusing money and the Cabinet Secretary stops it, if it is found out that the allegation was not right, then you would be held responsible. That is what we are trying to cure and that is why I am proposing that Clause 97(c) be deleted.
