We are saying that after the estimates have been approved by the County Assembly, then a County Appropriations Bill must then be prepared. So, basically, we are sequencing what has already been done for the National Government. It may be good to clarify; it was agreed that what is good for the goose is good for the gander; what is good for the national Government is good for the County Government. view
