THAT, Clause 176(2) (c) be amended by deleting the words “for the approved budget for the previous financial year” and substituting therefor the words “submitted to the county assembly for approval”. I want to bring to the attention of the House that there are some words missing on the last line. What was agreed up will be to add “for the purposes of meeting expenditure of an urban area or city”.
