Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to respond to one clarification from hon. Mbau. I agree and I have made a decision that we must invest in the KRA. In fact, in my Supplementary Budget, which is coming, I have added them another Kshs2 billion to sort out all the fakes and counterfeits, particularly on the Excise Duty stamps and to eradicate all revenue leakages. I have realized that for this cow; the KRA, to produce milk; taxes, it must be fed and we are going to do so.

The Chairman of the Departmental Committee and his Committee Members have looked at this and they have approved it, so, who are we to reject their recommendations? I really support and ask hon.
