On Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), when the report came, it was found that the hospital was in a very sorry state of affairs with dilapidated equipment, scans not working and dialysis machines not working. So, again, as a matter of emergency, we have allocated Kshs1 billion to KNH. They required more than Kshs8 billion but we have sent them Ksh1 billion. view
