  • 30 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I seek your guidance. He had already moved his amendment. I believe it is out of his hands. It is within the House. He can no longer purport to withdraw it. view

  • 29 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Mine is to seek guidance because I see lots of danger in terms of the amendments and the main clause. I would wish that you guide us because we want to kill the two, so that we can kill only one. Once we have killed one, the other one should stand. There is also the issue of allocating funds to the Tourism Promotion Fund, which does not even exist. The Tourism Promotion Fund was intended to be created through the regulations. The same ... view
  • 22 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: Thank you Hon. Deputy Speaker. I also want to support that Petition from Taita Taveta. view
  • 22 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: I believe we need to review the areas that benefit from the hardship allowance to include all those arid and semi-arid areas, inclusive of the lower side of Bomet which is also dry. The very cold places such as where the Hon. Speaker comes from is quiet uncomfortable. We need to re-look at it and those areas which are inaccessible. view
