As I watched the way he was carrying out his campaigns, he was full of energy and vigor. As I sat back, I wondered if he was going to live to the words he was giving to the people of Tanzania. That was because I thought what he was speaking about was impossible. view

Some of those ills were corruption and imprudent use of resources of the people of Tanzania. He did it to the letter.
