Members, it is on record that yesterday, Wednesday, 24th November 2021, the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing tabled an addendum to the Report of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing on its consideration of the Kenya Roads (Amendment) Bill, 2021 tabled on 5th August 2021.
