I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended – (k) by deleting the proposed amendment to section 11(5) and substituting therefor the following new amendment− s. 11(5) Delete subsection (5) and substitute therefor the following new subsection− “(5) The officers appointed under this section shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as the Council may from time to time determine.” view

The only thing we are doing is removing the approval of the Cabinet Secretary. view
