The verification of those certificates is done by the Commission of University Education and I have already indicated that. We already have a pending Bill on the Kenya Qualification Framework Authority which is going to look at all the inner details of those accredited universities. Deputy Speaker, the qualification for C+ was set by the Government in 1985 and so, if the student did not get a C+ and has gone to another university and has been admitted, unless they have done a pre-university course, then they will not be accredited by the Commission for Higher Education (CHE).
