So, we will be able to go through the policies before we table them in this House. Member who has asked a question about the KNEC, I would like to report any school that has withheld either the KCPE or KCSE certificate for any of the students. This is because the Ministry has already issued a circular to all the principals to the effect that they should not withhold the certificates for whatever reason, be it school fees or any other reason.
