• 11 Jul 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, while thanking the Minister for that answer, the amount allocated, of Kshs80 million, will not be adequate for the reconstruction of this road. Mr. Speaker, Sir, when His Excellency the President toured the area recently, he assured the residents of Bomet and Buret Districts that this road will be allocated Kshs820 million during this financial year. This is a very sad day for the residents of the two districts. view

It was intended to provide services in a very remote area in my constituency. It has taken eight years to do a very simple process of gazetting.
