  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you want to save the soul, then you must know something about the body. As it is today, the prices of petroleum products have fallen, but some stock was bought when the prices were low. The only way in which we can solve this problem is by empowering the National Oil Corporation of Kenya (NOCK), to be procuring the oil products. Otherwise, currently, the oil industry is being operated by cartels. The only way in which we can get rid of these cartels is for this House to pass laws to empower the ... view

  • 23 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Asante sana Bw.
  • 21 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, Kshs3.2 billion and Kshs900 million is a lot of money. It can build roads in my district. The road from Mazeras to Kaloleni could be built. Could the Minister tell us who authorised this action? This amount is so huge that its use cannot be authorized by a board of directors. So, who authorised this transaction? view

That is because they are being exploited by the middlemen. What steps is his Ministry taking to check on that? view
  • 19 Jun 2008 in National Assembly: Asante sana, Bw. Spika.
