• 21 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, Kshs3.2 billion and Kshs900 million is a lot of money. It can build roads in my district. The road from Mazeras to Kaloleni could be built. Could the Minister tell us who authorised this action? This amount is so huge that its use cannot be authorized by a board of directors. So, who authorised this transaction? view
