So, they no longer exist. So, to make reference to laws that have been amended and removed from statute books does not make any sense because they are no longer laws in our country. So, you do not make reference to something that does not exist. Thank you. view

A corporate body shall be deemed to be a special economic zone developer on the commencement of this Act if it has- (a) been approved by the Cabinet Secretary to engage in the development or management of integrated infrastructure facilities on public, private partnership basis; and, (b) undertaken significant steps to commence development or management of the integrated infrastructure facilities. In (b), they must have taken significant steps to commence development or management of integrated infrastructural facilities, so that it is not just somebody who has a letter; who is just walking around with letters, who should be allowed to continue in that process. It must be somebody who has taken significant steps in developing that area. view
