I am merely the Member for Ainabkoi Constituency, sitting as the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and having been elected. We can all sit here and cast aspersions because of the political positions we have taken. We sat in the Committee and Mr. Chiloba presented this report.
