Further, it adds value and ensures that only qualified and practising advocates are eligible to be appointed as auditors. The other one does not exist in Kenya. Possibly it exists in Australia. view

Originally, it gave power to the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to authorise someone who is a foreigner to be a company secretary by passing through the statutory bodies that this Parliament has mandated to issue practising certificates. view
