When we sat as a Committee, we agreed that the number ought to be 700 although there was a proposal that it ought to be 500 for good reasons. When we sat down with IEBC, they did a simulation of 204 polling stations. Out of those 204 polling stations, it was found that if the number remains at 500, they would not be able to get public utilities to conduct elections. As you know, the law is very clear.
