The dissent that was there at the time when we were adopting the Report is contained in the executive summary. We are not unfaithful to truth. On page 8 it states as follows: ―The Report has been adopted by a majority of members with only one member dissenting on grounds that the nomination favoured two regions.‖ Unfortunately, it looks like the Clerk did not state the name of the hon. Member when he was recording proceedings. ... view
