It is in the minutes. It is not a deliberate omission. It is all in the minutes. What I was reading is the Report and he is here himself. In fact, I had told him to be here; so, there is no problem. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor.

Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me first and foremost confirm that there was no dissent by my very good friend, hon. T. J. Kajwang‘. The dissent that was there at the time when we were adopting the Report is contained in the executive summary. We are not unfaithful to truth. On page 8 it states as follows: ―The Report has been adopted by a majority of members with only one member dissenting on grounds that the nomination favoured two regions.‖ Unfortunately, it looks like the Clerk did not state the name of the hon. Member when he was recording proceedings. ...
