• 27 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: Hon. Chairlady, the reason for the amendment is that we have enlarged this particular clause by introducing the relevant Articles of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010; Articles 10, 27(4), 47, 48 and 49, so that it can be in line with the supreme law. view
