So, we considered the letter that was forwarded to the former President, hon. Mwai Kibaki on 28th August, 2012 from the Chairperson of the Selection Panel appointed to interview persons and recommend them to the President in accordance with the law for appointment as Chairperson and members of KNCHR and found his name missing.
