They will be given an opportunity to appear before a tribunal, where they can produce the evidence they failed to produce before our Committee. I must state at the outset of this presentation that, this was the most difficult report for me. Why? That is because we found that some documents that were tabled here were missing or mis-represented when they were taken for photocopying.
