On the basis of the recommendations contained in that Report, we need to establish a fund under the Attorney General to compensate people, including those who were killed during the Wagalla Massacre. We need to resolve the TJRC question. We expect that Report to be discussed in the course of the next coming year. view

We met this morning and proposed to undertake a countrywide public participation.
