We take note of the fact that the human rights situation in this country has improved after the adoption and promulgation of the new Constitution of Kenya, 2010. The Constitution now provides for an array of human rights protection legislations that have been passed in the recent past. With those few remarks, I beg to move. I thank every Hon.
